RUTLAND, Vt. – A former employee of the Rutland city school system has been accused of using Facebook to communicate sexually with a 15-year-old student and allowing the boy to sleep at her home.
Tiffany Pagan was a para-educator at an alternative education facility. She was charged Wednesday with one count of child luring. Police said they began investigating her in July after the Department for Children and Families in Rutland received a complaint.
It wasn't immediately known if Pagan had a lawyer. She is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.
