For an entire month, the Detroit Lions had the shortest odds to win the Super Bowl.

But now Buffalo has moved into the top spot and is the favorite to win it all.

After the Bills defeated the Lions 48-42 in NFL Week 15, their title futures surged to +425 from +700.

"They are playing like the best team in the NFL," "Breakfast Ball" co-host Danny Parkins said on a recent episode. "The offense that they are running right now is borderline historic."

Let's check out the latest Super Bowl odds via DraftKings Sportsbook as of Dec. 17.

At +475, the Eagles and the Lions are tied on the board at second.

Philadelphia's odds shortened after defeating the Steelers 27-13. Detroit, on the other hand, fell from +260 after losing to the Bills.

"Despite their star playmakers griping over touches and offensive philosophy, the Eagles continue to knock off league heavyweights with a blue-collar offense that can overwhelm foes on the ground or through the air," FOX Sports NFL reporter Bucky Brooks wrote.

When analyzing Detroit, Brooks wrote that "injuries could derail the Lions' title chances this season" now that they're turning to "backups and inexperienced players."

A team that bettors might want to watch is Minnesota.

The Vikings moved up the board to +1200 from +1600 after beating the Bears 30-12.

In that game, quarterback Sam Darnold went 24-for-40 for 231 yards and threw his first interception in five games for the Vikings.

Other shifts include the Falcons moving up to +12000 from +20000, 49ers dropping to +100000 from +11000 and the Buccaneers rising to +3000 from +4000.
