Chip and Joanna Gaines are reportedly expanding their rental-property portfolio with yet another rustically appointed, shiplap-inclusive vacation home.
Travelers looking to stay at one of the pair’s Magnolia Vacation Rentals, which already include the Magnolia House and Hillcrest Estate, will soon be able to book the Carriage House, featured in the third-season episode of the same name.

Viewers may also remember the Carriage House as the home built for Magnolia House’s caretakers, Rob and Marianne. Joanna Gaines said at the time that the home was moved to the property in the late ‘80s, and that she and Chip had always planned to renovate the home when drawing up plans for Magnolia House, as per Jo's blog.
The three-bedroom home, located in McGregor, Texas, was redesigned with a shared living, dining and kitchen area, and closet area reimagined as a master bath, among other updates. And yes, shiplap elements adorn the walls of the living, kitchen, and home office areas, as well. A shared yard also sits between the Carriage House and the Magnolia House.
