Actress, singer, and producer Ashley Tisdale and her husband, Annie Automatic lead singer Christopher French, are selling their home in Studio City for just shy of $2.66 million.

Tisdale, a former Disney star and two-time Emmy winner, has been busy lately as an actress (she's set to star in the upcoming " Amateur Night" with Jason Biggs), TV producer, and lifestyle blogger. French, the founding member of Annie Automatic, also produced the music for Tisdale's "Young and Hungry" on ABC Family.

If they weren't busy enough with show business, the couple might also be exploring careers in house-flipping. Variety reports the duo owned the Cape Cod-style abode in Studio City for just over a year before putting it on the market.

The 4,976 square foot home boasts five bedrooms, six baths, a theater room, and a chef's kitchen complete with Caesarstone countertops and Thermador appliances.

Inside, the home has a Cape Cod-meets-farmhouse feel with plenty of sliding barn doors, exposed shiplap walls, and a master suite with a walk-in closet large enough to convert into a sixth bedroom.

To finish it off, the home also has a resort-style back lawn with in-ground salt pool, spa, and BBQ pit.
