Previously, Taylor served as a reporter and substitute anchor at Houston’s ABC affiliate KTRK-TV where she covered several national stories, including the 2021 Astroworld music festival tragedy. She also provided extensive reporting during and after Hurricane Ida and its impact on the community.
From 2019 to 2021, she worked for the Providence, Rhode Island ABC affiliate WLNE-TV where she anchored and produced several weeknight newscasts. She began her career as a news anchor and reporter at the NBC affiliate WETM-TV in Elmira, New York for their 10PM weeknight newscast. Additionally, she anchored the station’s Olympic Zone during the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and moderated New York’s 23rd District Congressional debate.
A 2017 graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Tayor holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Digital Journalism.
