Mark Morgan is a former acting commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and a former chief of the U.S. Border Patrol. He previously served as acting director of Immigration and Customs and Enforcement (ICE), and in multiple positions in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
