Famed Brazilian artist Romero Britto, whose brightly colored pop art have become so easy to spot throughout Miami that he's become the city's unofficial artist, had his Miami art gallery defaced by a graffiti artist.

“When you have something and you work so hard and someone comes and destroys it, it’s a very disappointing feeling to know that someone doesn’t respect you or what you got,” the artist told WSVN.

In large white lettering, someone spray painted C-Dog over Romero’s colorful painted flowers that adorn his Wynwood studio. He and his friends later repainted over the graffiti to return it to his signature art work.
