The prestige, the pageantry, the spectacle of Sports Entertainment… WrestleMania was back and this time it was in Miami, FL.
The matches were what you’d expect from professional wrestling’s Super Bowl.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson electrified the crowd and beat John Cena.
CM Punk and Chris Jericho arguably had the match of the night.
The Undertaker, Triple H and Shawn Michaels captivated the over 78,000 people that packed Sun Life stadium as they battled each other in Hell in A Cell.
Yep, WrestleMania had it all and a couple of moments for Latinos.
In front of the record breaking crowd Mexican "Lucha Libre" legend Mil Máscaras was presented as one of the latest inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Mil Mascaras Inducted to WWE Hall of Fame
The nearly 70 year-old’s mask glittered as he stood next to the likes of the Ron Simmons, the children of Yokozuna, and the Four Horsemen.
A legend in Mexican wrestling was inducted with some of the most historic performers the profession had ever seen.
Stars were in attendance like former WWE Diva Torrie Wilson and her beau New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez. Actor Andy Garcia was also there.
And even with Alberto Del Rio and Rey Mysterio injured and the tag champs relegated to the dark match (the match that did not air on the main telecast) one Latina arguably stole the show.
For weeks former Los Angeles Clippers dancer and WWE Divas champion Eve Torres, who had already wrestled a tag match earlier in the evening, had been toying and tugging at the heart strings of internet sensation Zack Ryder.
When it looked like Ryder was moments away from winning the big tag match for his team, Torres jumped in the ring and distracted the referee giving the bad guys the victory.
When she was confronted afterwards she delivered the kick to crotch seen and heard around the world and walked up defiantly up the ramp.
Ryder “The Broski” was down and Eve Torres had her WrestleMania moment.
