Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott reportedly owe the state of California a lot of money.
According to TMZ, the couple have been hounded by bill collectors and were just hit with a tax lien for $259,108.23.
The gossip site reports that while a tax lien usually means their house could be on the line, the parents of 4 are renters.
This isn't the first time Spelling and McDermott have been at the center of a financial scandal. In January, American Express sued Spelling for failing to pay her outstanding credit card bill of $37,981.97.
A rep for Spelling did not return FOX411's request for comment.
