Former high-powered attorney Tom Girardi has moved out of his multimillion-dollar mansion in Los Angeles and into a senior living facility amid his mounting legal troubles.
Girardi’s estranged wife, Erika Jayne, and the courts learned of the disbarred lawyer’s new home, the Belmont Village Senior Living facility in Burbank, Calif., through his brother, Robert Girardi, who filed docs Wednesday at the Los Angeles Superior Court of California, Page Six can confirm.
Tom’s other brother, Jack, and his two daughters and son were also notified of his new residence.
Robert was named Tom’s conservator in February, and a mental evaluation given at the time assessed that the attorney was suffering from late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Tom, 82, has been staying at the facility — which specializes in memory care — since Aug. 9, according to court records.
On Aug. 22, he was photographed at Belmont for the first time, wearing a purple sweater over a blue button-down shirt and khaki pants. However, at the time, it was unclear at the time whether Tom was living there permanently or not.
Earlier this month, The Post learned that another $1 million was slashed off the price of Tom and Jayne’s former Pasadena estate. Initially listed in May for a whopping $13 million, the price has seen three different price cuts and now is listed at only $8.9 million.
Tom initially purchased the home for $1.3 million in 1980 — 20 years before he married Jayne, 50.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star filed for divorce in November 2020, and has not commented on her estranged husband’s new living situation.

Amid the couple’s split and her own legal troubles, Jayne is currently living in a downsized 2,100-square-foot rental.
Girardi’s now-disgraced firm, Girardi Keese, owes over $101 million in debt. Last November, Tom was sued by a class-action law firm on behalf of Lion Air Flight 610 victims who alleged he and Jayne had embezzled money through their "sham" divorce.

The "RHOC" star is also being sued for $25 million by the trustee handling the bankruptcy case of Girardi’s former law firm. She has been accused of spending the millions — allegedly given to her company, EJ Global LLC, from Girardi Keese — on her American Express bill, assistants and a glam squad, among other expenses.
Attorneys for Robert and Tom did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
