Rumors Are Swirling: Are Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling On The Rocks?

Rumors are swirling around that hot Hollywood couple Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are heading for an imminent break up – because of commitment issues and cheating.

Showbiz Spy is reporting is that the 39-year-old actress is not fulfilling 32-year-old Gosling's dreams of marriage and having kids right now.

Instead, she has “been arranging trysts with George Augusto, the Peruvian filmmaker she dated from 2002 to 2010 and who is also her business partner in the Vida homewares line,” a source tells Showbiz.

“Ryan’s friends know he is ready to settle down, 100 percent,” a source continues. “Eva loves Ryan, but she’s very nontraditional when it comes to what she wants. She’s phobic about commitment. That’s the root of the problem.”

The source also said: “They are still very much intertwined… she’s started saying things about how George is the only guy who really gets her.”

Competing reports suggest that it’s Gosling who is stalling the marriage. Beauty World News previously reported that the relationship may end because Mendes is ready for marriage and he is “dragging his feet” and cannot focus on anything by his career.

“Until now she hasn’t pressured him, but she’s just a few months shy of 40 and told Ryan that if he doesn’t want to start a family with her, she wants to find a man who’s ready and willing,” an insider source said.

Mendes and Gosling have been dating since 2011, after meeting on the set of “The Place Beyond The Pines.”

There has been no word on the rumors – confirming or denying them – from neither, which does not seem odd, since the duo has stayed pretty tight-lipped about their private lives for their entire relationship.
