She may be a lingerie model, but Erin Heatherton’s no angel to her Manhattan neighbors.
The Victoria’s Secret stunner, one of Leonardo DiCaprio’s many model ex-girlfriends, is wreaking havoc on her West Village condo by throwing bass-booming parties, residents of the Morton Street building claim in a new Manhattan civil suit.
Heatherton, who has also graced the catwalk for Chanel and Valentino, bought a second-floor unit in the building off West Street in 2012 for $1.8 million, according to city records. Three years later, she received the first of seven written warnings from the condo board about noise disturbances, according to the suit filed by the board.

The 27-year-old beauty “regularly causes and allows unreasonable levels of noise and bass vibrations to emanate from the unit into the condo’s common areas and adjacent units late at night and into the early-morning hours, disturbing the condo’s residents and interfering with their ability to use and enjoy their units” the suit says.
Heatherton has refused “to abate the ongoing noise nuisance,” the papers state.
The condo rules bar residents from playing loud music between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. They also prohibit “any use or practice which is a source of annoyance to the residents,” the suit says.
Heatherton also owes $16,000 in unpaid common charges to the 147-unit building, according to court papers. She bought the two-bedroom pad with the help of a $1.4 million mortgage when she was just 23, records show. She took out a second, $800,000 mortgage in 2014, according to records.
The board is suing to collect the fee and to force the model to quiet down.
A tired-sounding Heatherton told The Post over the phone that the allegations are “not true.”
Asked if she had received the warnings about noise, she said, “Um, you can call my publicist.”
Her public-relations rep did not return a message for comment.
Heatherton, whose real name is Erin Bubley, dated DiCaprio in 2011 and 2012. She also dated the Australian musician Felix Bloxsom.
The Skokie, Ill., native, who was “discovered” at age 17 and has appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, was a Victoria’s Secret model for five years until 2013, when the lingerie company reportedly told her that she had to lose weight.
