Is this the reason Liam Hemsworth didn’t walk the red carpet with Miley Cyrus at the Grammys?

Hemsworth skipped out of the awards show Sunday night, leaving his wife to walk the red carpet with her parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus. Earlier in the day, Hemsworth’s “Isn’t It Romantic” costar Rebel Wilson said the actor was in the hospital.

“Yes, he texted us this morning — he was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine,” Wilson told Extra in an interview Sunday.

Wilson did not provide further details on Hemsworth’s condition or why he was admitted to the hospital. A Warner Bros. rep told People that Hemsworth skipped Sunday’s press day for his new romantic comedy because he wasn’t feeling well.
