Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child, Fox News can confirm.

According to a source, a surrogate for Kardashian, 38, and West, 41, is pregnant with what will be the couple's baby boy.

It would be the second son for the pair, who also share son Saint, 3, and daughters North, 5, and Chicago, who will turn 1 this month.

The baby boy is reportedly due in early May, Us Weekly reports.

In August, a source told Entertainment Tonight that West and Kardashian wanted four children — two girls and two boys.

"Kim and Kanye have always wanted a big family. Kim loved growing up with a lot of siblings and wants the same for her children," the source said. "[Kanye would] have as many [kids] as possible."

The source added, "Kim and Kanye had a positive surrogacy experience with Chicago and have talked about that as the plan for the next child. If that unfortunately doesn't pan out, the couple has talked about possibly going through the adoption process. Kim and Kanye know that whatever is meant to be, will be."

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star has previously revealed her struggles with fertility and finding an appropriate surrogate.

"Getting a surrogate and finding someone that you really trust really is so much more for difficult of a situation than you could really imagine," she lamented. "You have to like, make sure that their lifestyle is healthy and they have to go through psychological testing, and it was maybe a year before we finalized our current situation."

Reps for Kardashian and West did not immediately return Fox News' requests for comment.
