Kanye West gave an epic eight-minute tribute to Milk Studios co-founder Mazdack Rassi at the Daily Front Row’s first-ever Fashion Los Angeles Awards at the Sunset Tower Hotel Thursday night.

The “Yeezus” rapper bellowed some classic Kanye-isms in honoring Rassi, including, “This guy let me, a celebrity designer, work at Milk Studios when Adidas couldn’t figure out where my offices were…And I promised him that I was going to be f–king good.”

West also told an anecdote about fashion designer Alexander Wang, quipping, “[Rassi] told me a story about this kid that stood on his steps and s–t, waiting for an opportunity to design, and went on to become the youngest American to run a French house called Balenciaga.”

VIPs including Katy Perry, Rihanna, Ciara, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Scott, Nicole Richie and Gigi Hadid attended the event, but West thankfully reminded the crowd, “It’s illegal to be naked.”

West, who also pointed out, “God is the Number One creator,” summed up by admitting, “I don’t know if I even made one f–king good point.”
