Kanye West denies cheating on pregnant Kim Kardashian with hot model

Oh no I didn't!

That's what Kanye West is saying in response to claims by model Leyla Ghobadi that he slept with her while twice he was dating, and impregnating, Kim Kardashian.

"This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives," a rep for West told FOX411. "This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit. It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources."

Ghobadi told Star Magazine in a cover story she had sex with West twice, including once when Kim was pregnant, and that he had tried to hook up with her as recently as last week.

“This is going to destroy the Kardashian family,” Ghobadi told Star. “It’s bad. It’s really bad. It’s just embarrassing. But if I were Kim and about to have a baby, I would want to know.”

She said the two first met in July 2012 when he spotted her dancing in the front row of a concert in Atlantic City -- a concert Kim also attended.

“He invited me back to his hotel room," she said," but I refused, as I felt it was too rushed."

Ghobadi, 24, said she soon changed her tune when West, 36, invited her and her friends to the following night’s concert and gave them backstage passes.

“He told me . . . he wanted to ‘hook up,’ but I was concerned that he was seeing Kim Kardashian,” she said. “He told me that [the relationship] was for publicity and nothing serious.”

Ghobadi said they went back to his hotel tell room and did the deed.

“We began to make out for a while — and next thing I knew, we were both naked and having sex,” she said.

Ghobadi said their second hook up happened in New York City in October, and that he tried to meet up with her this past weekend as well. She said she refused because, this time, she knew Kardashian was pregnant.
