Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are catching backlash for a pre-Thanksgiving Day post about gratefulness that offered fans a glimpse at their luxe private jet and designer gear.

Rodriguez, 45, posted an Instagram earlier this week from inside of the aircraft he and Lopez were traveling on. It was obvious the pair were traveling on a private aircraft, with Lopez sprawled out on a bed accessorized with an Hermes blanket. Their dog Lady can also be seen resting her head on the former baseball pro's lap.

"Lady is definitely ready for #Thanksgiving! We have so much to be grateful for and are excited to be heading home to spend time with family," Rodriguez captioned the photo.

He also asked his followers, "What are your holiday plans?"

Some of Rodriguez's followers reacted with similar well wishes for the pair to have a happy holiday, but a majority grilled the couple in the comments section for choosing to travel while the rest of the world is staying at home, without loved ones, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"Hmm let see...stay home lol can't visit family due to the pandemic," one person reacted.

"But u guys shouldn't travel...Biden doesn't like that," another sarcastically said, referring to the couple's endorsements of the president-elect.

"Good for you going against the ridiculous CDC guidelines for Thanksgiving," wrote a third person.

The Hollywood stars were also reminded that most do not have the funds to travel so lavishly, if at all.

Alex Rodriguez's followers accused him of flaunting his and Jennifer Lopez's wealth as the singer relaxed on the bed of a plane with a designer blanket.

"People are really really struggling. Maybe don't post your enormous wealth on a private plane with Hermes blankets. Compassion is all you need right now," one person wrote, tagging both Lopez and Rodriguez's accounts.

"The cdc said guy shouldn't travel. Don't you care about others?" another asked.

"People lost their jobs...maybe stop posting your private jet. We get it...You're rich," another quipped.

Others reacted by stressing they were staying home as a means to "help slow the spread of COVID-19."

"Not having anyone over doing our part to not gather with family. Doing our part to try and be the solution not the problem," another reacted.

"Must be nice to travel. Most of us don't have that luxury," someone else said.

Another slammed Rodriguez for his inability to see the obvious.

"Just a touch tone deaf during a global pandemic and 60 million unemployed. But do you boo," the person said.

"Really? The CDC has recommended that no one travel for thanksgiving. And doctors are pleading with us to keep thanksgiving with just our immediate household for one year. I am surprised to see someone with a platform like yours posting this. It is hard for those of us who are sacrificing this year to see this. Sending all love and good health."

The criticized post comes just days after the "On the Floor" singer opened up about the devastating effects of the global health crisis. Lopez, 51, told Spanish-language radio station El Zol 107.9, that she's had moments where she's "felt really bad."

"During this pandemic, I think everybody had a moment when they were depressed or they were scared about what was going to happen," she said.
