The Gosselins they ain't.
Manhattan design afficianados and house flippers extraordinaire Bob and Cortney Novogratz and their seven young children are the subject of the new Bravo docuseries "9 By Design," premiering Tuesday night.
But the attractive family's seriously sick house may steal the show.
A converted BMW warehouse hard on Manhattan's busy West Side highway, the six-story structure is perhaps New York City's coolest family home.
Filled with original art and flea market finds, all personally discovered and hauled in by the Novogratz's themselves, the house is a labor of love that the couple has been working on since they started hitting early morning flea markets and turning dilapidated structures into multi-million dollar residences over a decade ago.
Check out the happy home and meet the Novogratz family in the video above, and click back tomorrow for Part 2 of Fox411 entertainment correspondent Courtney Friel's exclusive sit-down with TV's latest livin'-large family.
