Fox 411: Actor says he has had unprotected sex since, but told all partners his diagnosis

Charlie Sheen said in a Tuesday interview on “Today” he divulged is HIV status to every one of his sex partners after finding out he was HIV positive four years ago.

But Bree Olson, who lived with Sheen in 2011, said in an interview with Howard Stern that Sheen never told her.

“He never said anything to me,” she said. “I was his girlfriend. I lived with him. We were together. We had sex almost every day for a year.”

Sheen's other girlfriend at the time, Natalie Kenly, told TMZ she also did not know the actor had the virus.

Lauer quizzed Sheen about if he “knowingly or unknowingly” transmitted HIV to any of his sexual partners.

“Impossible,” the actor replied.

The star said he did have unprotected sex since finding out about his condition “but the two people I did that with were under the care of my doctor.” He said the partners he had unprotected sex with were well-aware of his HIV positive status.

The notorious party boy—who has been known to mix and mingle with porn stars and prostitutes—insisted to Lauer he has told every single sexual partner of his condition since his diagnosis.

“In 35 states if someone who is HIV positive has sex with someone without divulging it, you can be charged with a crime,” Lauer told Sheen.

California is one of those states.

California’s health code states "any person afflicted with any contagious, infectious or communicable disease who willfully exposes himself or herself to another person" is guilty of a misdemeanor.

In a recent case in San Diego, a man was sentenced to six months in jail for not telling a sexual partner he was HIV positive.

Even if Sheen disclosed he had HIV to all of his sexual partners, he may still face various lawsuits. Those lawsuits could deal with infliction of emotional distress.

“I can only imagine based on what I’ve already experienced — what’s come down the pike and I’ve been forced to deal with — I’m sure [lawsuits are] next. Sure,” Sheen said.

FOX411 reached out to Sheen’s lawyers for comment on allegations he had sex without divulging his HIV status and received no comment.

Olson and Kenly both said they've tested negative for the HIV virus.

Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller, with whom he shares twin sons, also released a statement revealing she does not have HIV.

"Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family," her rep told ET. "To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV positive."
