When President-Elect Trump makes the trip to Capitol Hill to take the oath of office on January 20, he’ll be doing it in a stately Cadillac.

But is a plain black limousine really worthy of a billionaire celebrity who lives in a gilded penthouse high above Manhattan?

Leonard Yankelovich doesn’t think so, and he’s in a position to do something about it. His Latvian company, Dartz Motorz, builds the world’s most lavishly appointed luxury armored vehicles, and it’s designed one with “The Donald” in mind.

The over-the-top military-style SUVs are a favorite of celebrities and oligarchs around the world. Kanye West reportedly owns two, and one served as the transport for Sacha Baron Cohen’s Admiral General Aladeen character in the film “The Dictator.”

PRESIDENT TRUMP'S LIMO CAUGHT ON CAMERA?

Yankelovich posted a rendering of his proposed #Trumpmobile on Instagram that appears to be a gold version of the latest Dartz Prombron, which is a modified Mercedes-Benz GL-Class with B7-rated armor, up to 1,500 horsepower, and door handles that can shock anyone who touches them without permission.

Previous Dartz creations have been upholstered in exotic materials ranging from black alligator hides to porpoise and even a whale’s foreskin, so there’s no telling what it has in mind for the next leader of the free world.

In fact, we’ll probably never find out. It’s unlikely the U.S. Government will take Yankelovich up on his offer, as it has already committed to an updated version of President Obama’s “Beast” limo, but the two vehicles do have something in common: the price.

Both the Dartz and the Caddy cost around $1.5 million each, but only one really looks like a million bucks.
