LJUBLJANA, Slovenia – Police in Slovenia say they have seized nearly 900 kilograms (2,000 pounds) of drugs and detained 10 suspects in the biggest bust in the small Alpine nation in years.
Police said Friday they confiscated drugs include hashish, cocaine, heroin, amphetamines and cannabis with an estimated street value of more than 20 million euros ($21 million).
Authorities have also issued international arrest warrants for three suspects in the Netherlands.
They say the drugs were trafficked in several European countries.
