Temperatures 10-20 above average for parts of the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley into Northeast

A system moving across the Central U.S. will bring mainly rain with some snow and or a wintry mix for parts of the Northern Plains, Upper Midwest and Great Lakes.

Rain and some thunderstorms will move over parts of the Mississippi Valley, Ohio and Tennessee Valley. 

A storm pushing in from the Pacific will bring heavy rain and perhaps some thunderstorms for parts of California on Tuesday.
