PHOENIX – Unsealed federal court records identify a second man in the December 2010 killing of Arizona Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry near Naco.
The U.S. District Court documents identify him as 41-year-old Rito Osorio-Arellanes, who is believed to be the brother of the only previously named defendant, Manuel Osorio-Arellanes. A third man has not been identified in public records because he hasn't been caught.
The Arizona Republic (http://bit.ly/zpZiOM ) reports both men are under indictment in the killing of Terry, who died during a shootout with men who attacked suspected illegal immigrants and drug smugglers.
Terry's killing drew additional attention when two guns found at the scene were connected to a botched federal operation known as Fast and Furious in which illegally obtained weapons were allowed across the border into Mexico.
