CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Will he come dressed as a janitor?
Matt Damon is returning to the campus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he played a mathematically gifted custodian in the 1997 hit movie "Good Will Hunting," to deliver the commencement address.
The actor and filmmaker grew up near the Cambridge, Massachusetts, campus.
He's scheduled to speak to 2016 graduates at midmorning Friday.
Damon dropped out of Harvard one semester short of receiving his bachelor's degree in English so he could pursue his acting career.
"The Bourne Identity" star says he's "humbled and thrilled" to speak at MIT. He recently joked that he considers it an honor to be commencement speaker "at a school that I couldn't have gotten into."
