Before the new store opened, FoxNews.com got a special one-on-one app demo from Apple’s Michael Tchao, vice president of product development for the iPad.

Sneak peak alert: A soon-to-be released app by Namco Networks called Sky Gamblers is certain to entertain. Fly your way through an aerial battle using gesture control to navigate the airspace -- and the visuals in this game are unbelievable. The group has developed similar apps in the past but not nearly of such high resolution. Simply tap the gears and arrows to maneuver the skies. Be on the lookout for this one.
Jamie-Oliver 20 Minute Meals
No more sticky fingers on your cookbook ... or your iPad. Jamie-Oliver 20 Minute Meals has a cool new feature that uses voice commands to move from step to step. Sort through 60 different recipes to find what you are in the mood for or have the ingredients for. Once you get started, tap the voice-control button and start talking. Say “next” or “back” to proceed. Photos will also guide you through your cooking session.
