Palm Beach Gardens, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Tiger Woods withdrew during the final round of the Honda Classic Sunday, citing a back injury.

Woods was 5-over on the day and well out of contention by the time he left after the 13th hole.

An outward 40 that included a double-bogey, four bogeys and a birdie accounted for all of his dropped shots. He parred his final four holes prior to withdrawing

The world No. 1 posted his best round of the season on Saturday, a 5-under 65 that moved him inside the top 20 entering the final round.

Woods withdrew for just the sixth time in 297 career starts as a professional on the PGA Tour.
