West Bromwich, England – West Bromwich winger Jerome Thomas will be out for the next two weeks after undergoing minor knee surgery.
Thomas has yet to play for the Baggies this season after being bothered by thigh and hip injuries during the summer.
"He has had a lot of niggling injuries over the course of preseason," West Brom manager Steve Clarke said. "He's just had a minor operation on his knee and he will be out for another couple of weeks."
The 29-year-old scored one goal in 29 appearances for West Brom last season.
