Ronaldo ready for Real Madrid's derby with Atletico in rematch of Champions League final

MADRID – Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says Cristiano Ronaldo is ready to rejoin the European champions for the derby against Atletico Madrid.

Ancelotti says "Cristiano is fully fit."

Madrid hosts Atletico on Saturday in a rematch of last season's Champions League final, when Madrid beat Atletico 4-1 in extra time.

Ronaldo's unspecified injury sidelined him for losses by both Madrid and Portugal's national team. Madrid lost at Real Sociedad 4-2 before last week's international break, when Portugal's 1-0 loss to Albania led to coach Paulo Bento stepping down.
