Randy Foye looks like a regular guy on the outside, but inside he's all switched up.

The Denver Nuggets guard told the Denver Post his internal organs are on the wrong sides of his body. Most people's hearts are on their left; Foye's is on the right. Foye's liver is on the left when it should be on the right. It's a condition called inversus, and it's usually harmless. People with inversus are more susceptible to respiratory infections, but Foye's life isn't in danger and it doesn't affect his performance.

"A little different, right?" Foye said.

Very. One in 10,000 people is born with inversus. Foye is glad to know that.

"It's cool, man, to know that I'm the only one," he said.
