David Villa was in Portland with NYCFC as they got ready for their match against the Timbers. And at some point on Sunday morning, he spotted a homeless man and his son, so he went into Starbucks, bought some food and gave it to the pair.
That's very kind of Villa and not at all surprising. He has long been considered one of the nicer guys in the sport, so this fits.
NYCFC went on to beat the Timbers, so the good vibes continued on for Villa. It's nice to see good things happen to good people.
