Okur was injured while driving to the basket during the first half of his team's playoff opening loss to the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.
He will require surgery and miss the remainder of the post season, the latest injury for the Jazz who are also missing forward Andrei Kirilenko (calf) while Carlos Boozer plays with a muscle strain in his rib cage.
