Bryan Harsin hopes to add to Arkansas State's recent run of success in his first season as its head coach.
The former Texas co-offensive coordinator and Boise State assistant coach takes over this season as the Red Wolves' fourth coach in four years, a product of the recent run of success at the school.
Arkansas State has won back-to-back Sun Belt Conference championships and is 20-6 over the last two seasons. Former coach Hugh Freeze left two years ago for Mississippi, while Gus Malzahn left after last season for Auburn.
While Harsin respects what both did, he's eager to make his own mark on the Red Wolves. His first priority is finding a replacement for two-time Sun Belt Player of the Year Ryan Aplin at quarterback.
