Annecy, France – Evian defender Cedric Mongongu is expected to miss approximately one month of action with a thigh injury, it was revealed Tuesday.
The Congo DR international sustained the injury in Evian's defeat of Reims on Saturday and the club confirmed that he will be out for about four weeks.
But Evian will be buoyed by the return of a few key players as midfielder David Jarolim and defender David Douline have resumed full training while Saber Khelifa and Cedric Barbosa are set to return to the squad next week.
