Conan O'Brien makes a mockery of NFL's new rules with more ridiculous rules

NFL owners voted this week to adopt seven rule changes including a ban on the chop block and an automatic ejection for a player for committing two unsportsmanlike acts in the same game.

Count Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh -- who thinks the elimination of chop blocks is ill-advised -- among coaches, players and fans ticked off with one rule or another.

Some rules like the chop block ban were made in the name of safety, but you can't please everyone. But you can make most people laugh! Thanks, Conan, for these completely ridiculous and overlooked findings in the new NFL rulebook.
