Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Chicago Bulls have signed forward Jarvis Varnado to a 10-day contract.
Varnado had been playing with Iowa of the NBA Development League and was averaging 14.1 points with 11.0 rebounds and 4.6 blocks in 22 games.
Miami selected Varnado in the second round of the 2010 draft and he spent two seasons playing overseas before joining the Heat in 2012. He appeared in 13 games for the Heat during the 2012-13 campaign and averaged 0.6 points with 0.7 rebounds.
