New York, NY – Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim pitching coach Mike Butcher has received a one-game suspension and an undisclosed fine, Major League Baseball announced Tuesday.
Butcher was suspended for leaving the dugout to argue balls and strikes and aggressively arguing with umpire Mike Estabrook during the top of the first inning of Sunday's game against the Seattle Mariners.
He will serve the suspension on Tuesday when the Angels take on the Cleveland Indians.
