Trevor Potter

Trever Potter is the founder and president of the Campaign Legal Center. President George H.W. Bush appointed him to the Federal Election Commission in 1991, where he served as chairman. He also served as general counsel to Sen. John McCain’s 2000 and 2008 presidential campaigns. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Election Law.
