Retired U.S. Army Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Doug Carver is the executive director of Chaplaincy for the North American Mission Board (NAMB), overseeing 3,300 Southern Baptist chaplains worldwide. Prior to joining NAMB, he served 38 years in the Army, including as the Army’s 22nd chief of chaplains.
