The Fox News Rundown podcast: "Process Under Fire: Democrats Forced to Defend Impeachment Inquiry" - Congress plans to take the next step in the impeachment process into President Trump. The Republicans and the White House have been calling the process illegitimate, but Democrats say those complaints are just an attempt to distract the American people. Will the concerns over the impeachment process wind up hurting the Democrats? House Democrat Chief Deputy Whip Dan Kildee, D-Mich., joins the Rundown to defend how his party is conducting the impeachment inquiry.
Also on the Rundown: Forensic pathologist and former New York City medical examiner Dr. Michael Baden, has reignited suspicion over convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s death, which was ruled a suicide in August. Dr. Baden, who was hired by Epstein’s brother, observed the autopsy and told “Fox and Friends” Wednesday that Epstein’s neck injuries are more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicide. Dr. Baden joins today’s podcast to explain his analysis despite the New York City's Chief Medical Examiner's office standing by its ruling that Epstein's death was a suicide.
