'Jersey Shore's' Snooki expecting a boy, but wished for a girl, report says

"Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi announced Wednesday that she is expecting a baby boy.

Polizzi, 24, told In Touch Weekly, she had hoped she was pregnant with a girl but said, "It's still my baby, no matter what. I'm excited either way!"

The reality star and her fiance Jionni LaValle, 25, are still deciding on names, but have narrowed it down to either Lorenzo or Jionni Jr.

The baby is due in September and rumors are swirling Polizzi could exit the MTV party show once she becomes a parent.

"I'm not going to party hard anymore, even after the baby is born," she told the gossip magazine. "Being a mom changes you."

The "Jersey Shore" star confirmed her pregnancy in March.
