Jaime Pressly has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, police told TVGuide.com.

Pressly was pulled over late Wednesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and was taken into custody after police performed a field sobriety test, Sgt. Mike Braaten said.

Braaten declined to comment on whether the former My Name Is Earl star is still in custody as of Thursday morning. Pressly's booking record had no information regarding a release, but showed her bail had been set at $15,000.
