FILE - This Nov. 4, 2012 file photo shows actor Alec Baldwin, right, and his wife Hilaria Thomas at the "Rise Of The Guardians'" special screening during the 2012 AFI FEST at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles. A possible plea deal in New York for Genevieve Sabourin, a Canadian actress accused of stalking Alec Baldwin has been postponed. Police originally arrested Sabourin after authorities said she had implored Baldwin to see and to marry her in emails sent only days after he became engaged to yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas. She later spent a night in jail after she was accused of sending Thomas a Twitter message. (Photo by Todd Williamson/Invision/AP, file) (Invisio2012)
A Manhattan man is suing Alec Baldwin’s wife over a bad yoga class, the New York Daily News reports.
Spencer Wolff says he suffered “serious” and “severe” injuries and “emotional upset” during a yoga class led by Hilaria Thomas last month, according to court papers cited by The News.
The suit doesn’t specify how Wolff was injured, but it blames the “overcrowded” class at Yoga Vida and Thomas’ “negligence” as two causes of his alleged accident.
