Who doesn't want to kick back and celebrate the unofficial end of summer with a refreshing cocktail? Here are a few recipes for the Labor Day weekend.
Johnnie Be Good
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
• 1.5 oz Sea Buckthorn Juice
• .75 oz Fresh lime
• Fresh orange
• Lime zest for garnish

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well and serve. Garnish with an orange twist.

Chanan's Fall Delight

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Buchanan's De Luxe 12 year old
• 1 oz Rosemary-Jalapeño infused syrup
• .75 oz Fresh lime
• 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• Rosemary sprig for garnish
Serving suggestion:
Large rocks glass
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients, strain into a large rocks glass full of ice and garnish with the rosemary

Bucking Soda
Ingredients:
• 1 oz Buckthorn Syrup
• 1 oz simple syrup
• Seltzer water
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• Orange for garnish
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a Collins glass, top with seltzer and garnish which half orange wheel.
