Indonesian police say a suspected militant has died after being critically injured by a bomb that was apparently being prepared for a terrorist attack.
Police Brig. Gen. Boy Rafli Amar says the man died Wednesday at a hospital in Jakarta.
The man, identified as Wahyu Ristanto, was badly burned on his face and body and his left hand was severely wounded in the explosion Saturday at a house on the outskirts of the capital. Two other suspects fled, including one who was slightly injured.

One of those who fled, alleged bomb maker Muhammad Toriq, surrendered Sunday. The group is believed to have planned to shoot police and bomb Parliament as a way to establish Islamic law in the world's most populous Muslim nation.
