Official: Grenade attack near Kenya's coastal city of Mombasa wounds 10 people
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}An official says 10 people have been wounded in a grenade attack at a restaurant south of Kenya's coastal city of Mombasa.
Kwale County Commissioner Evans Achoki said one of the two men on a motorcycle hurled a grenade toward customers at a crowded eatery called Tandoori in the Diani area. The attackers fled before police arrived.
Achoki said it was not clear who was responsible for the attack early Thursday.
