Magnitude-6.1 earthquake shakes Argentina

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina – DEVELOPING:  A magnitude-6.1 earthquake has shaken Argentina, but there are no reports of damage or injury.

The quake at 4:46 a.m. Monday was centered about 69 miles east-southeast of the city of Santiago del Estero. But it was very deep: 342 miles below the earth's surface.
