Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez is blaming the flight of migrant children to the U.S. on a drug war his country didn't start.
In a speech at the U.N. General Assembly, Hernandez railed at the world for focusing more on Islamic terrorists than the drug trafficking cartels terrorizing Central America.
Criticizing international drug policies as incoherent, Hernandez called for the creation of a multi-national force to fight the cartels "just like the one that this morning President Obama asked for against radical fundamentalists."

Hernandez said there is no difference between the Central American families displaced by drug violence and those displaced by conflicts in other regions.
He asked, "What is the difference between the effects of the terrorism of radical fundamentalists and the terrorism that drug traffickers promote?"
