Rozas and his 7-year-old daughter were in their 13th floor apartment when the earthquake struck and toppled the building on its side. Amazingly, they were able to walk out of their apartment onto the ground with hardly a scratch. Months later, Rozas was able to rescue his car from the sub-basement of the ruined building.
