PESHAWAR, Pakistan – Pakistani police say a bomb in a motorized rickshaw has exploded near a police facility in a northwestern city, killing seven.
Police official Iqbal Khan says another 10 were wounded in the Sunday blast in Kohat, which borders lawless tribal areas near the Afghan border.
