A Belgian judge has delivered an arrest warrant against a 10th suspect in the Paris attacks probe, charging him with terrorist murder and participation in the activities of a terrorist group.
The man arrested, a Belgian national born in 1993 and identified only as Ayoub B., was detained Wednesday following a search in the Molenbeek neighborhood of Brussels, where some of the Paris attackers lived.
In a statement Thursday, the Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office said "about 10 cellphones" were seized during the search, and are being examined.
